Barro Alto GO

Privacy policy

What we collect, why, for how long and how to exercise your rights.

Updated on October 4, 2026 adapted from the Portuguese original

This policy explains how barroaltogo.com.br handles personal data, in line with Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018 — LGPD). The site is run by 4D Desenvolvimento Pessoal Ltda. (CNPJ 49.142.726/0001-58).

What we receive

We only receive personal data when you fill in a form: the contact form (name, email, subject and message) or the business registration form (business details and the name, email and phone of the person responsible). Each submission also records the date and time, page, language and a technical code derived from the IP address (we do not store the IP itself), used only to limit automated spam.

What we use it for

To answer your message, to check and — if approved — publish a business listing (only the business details you authorised; the contact person’s details are never published), and to protect the forms from abuse. We do not sell, rent or share your data for marketing.

Submission requires your express consent to this policy (checkbox on the form). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Storage

Submissions are emailed to the site team and kept in a backup file on the hosting server, in a non-public folder, automatically deleted after 180 days.

Google Analytics and measurement cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand, in aggregate, how many people visit the site, which pages are read and where visits come from. IP addresses are anonymized, and we do not use this data for advertising or to identify you.

Measurement cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*, valid for up to 2 years) are only stored if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice. Until then — or if you decline — Google Analytics runs in consent-denied mode, without cookies, receiving only anonymous technical signals. Your choice is saved in your browser, and you can change it at any time or delete it by clearing the site’s data in your browser.

We also record, without personal data, when a form is sent successfully, to know how many contacts the site generates. Google Analytics data is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy and may be processed outside Brazil.

The site shows Google AdSense ads, always labelled and never on forms or institutional pages. Before you accept the cookie notice, ads are shown without personalisation (Google consent mode); after you accept, Google may use cookies to choose more relevant ads, under Google’s advertising policy.

We also use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure visits and form submissions and to show the guide on those networks. It loads only after you accept the cookie notice; without your acceptance, nothing is sent to Meta. Meta handles this data under the Meta Privacy Policy.

Simple preferences, such as language and light or dark theme, are stored only in your browser.

Your rights

You can request confirmation, access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of your data through the contact page.
